THE LEADER: HEBBRONVILLE’S GRADED STAKES SCORE HELPS KEEP MAJESTICPERFECTION AT THE TOP OF THE CLASS

Hebbronville’s impressive score in Saturday’s Grade III Jersey Shore Stakes at Monmouth Park is just the latest big result for Airdrie’s ascending young sire Majesticperfection.  The win means that Majesticperfection is now the #1 second-crop sire of his stallion class by number of graded stakes winners, stakes winners/starters and earnings/starter- and his brilliant Grade 1 Kentucky Oaks winner Lovely Maria remains the only Grade 1 winning three-year-old sired by a sophomore stallion.  And with a $110,000 average for the last two yearling sales seasons, Majesticperfection is also the #1 sire of his crop by profitability in the sales ring.  This rare combination of consistently high racetrack and sales ring production is reminiscent of his top sire Harlan’s Holiday, who, by the way, Majesticperfection has already equaled in number of stakes winners from his first-crop of three-year-olds.

Congratulations to all of Hebronville’s connections: Owners Frank Arnold Jr, Perry Sutherland and Scott Galloway, breeder Padua Stables and trainer Lynn Whiting!
