PROUD CITIZEN’S SIZZLING WEEK HIGHLIGHTED BY A FUTURE STAR ON THE EUROPEAN RACING SCENE!

The Nation’s #1 3rd Crop Sire by lifetime earnings, Proud Citizen’s progeny showcased this week why he is one of the highest regarded young stallions in both the U.S and Europe.

Represented by no less than 5 impressive winners in a 4 day period, Proud Citizen’s strong week was highlighted by the upstart No Hubris, who was thoroughly dominant in taking his 2-year-old debut at England’s York Racecourse- a race so impressive he was immediately tabbed a TDN Rising Star and made a favorite for the upcoming GII Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot.  Trained by Paul Cole, No Hubris looks to build on Proud Citizen’s success in Europe, where he was represented by the classic colt River Proud last season.

On top of this, Proud Citizen was also represented by the talented Larry Jones trainee It Happened Again, who easily defeated older horses in a top class allowance field, as well as the Mark Hennig trainee Dattt’s Lady Di, who was dominant in her maiden breaking performance at Belmont Park.  One Proud Lady, a first time starter in a Msw at Calder won off by 8 lengths in a debut that signaled she has every right to be a top class filly this season as well.

Congratulations to all the connections of these exciting winners and thank you to all the breeders who continue to help Proud Citizen ascend the sire lists!
