NEW UNDEFEATED GRADED STAKES WINNER FOR FOREST CAMP

HOLLYWOOD PREVUE STAKES- G3
$100,000,  HOLLYWOOD PARK 7F

Labeled a horse to watch after his impressive debut score at Del Mar, the Neil Drysdale trained Your Tent or Mine established himself as one of the nation’s top juveniles in decimating his rivals in the Hollywood Prevue-G3 on Saturday to remain undefeated.  Content to stalk the early pace, jockey Pat Valenzuela needed only minimal urging in drawing off to a convincing 2 1/2 length score.  Despite this, the colt finished the seven furlongs in a blistering 1:21, just a half second off Lion Heart’s stakes record.  This performance ensures that Your Tent or Mine will be sent off one of the favorites in the December 17th G1 Hollywood Futurity! Your Tent or Mine becomes Forest Camp’s second graded stakes winner and fourth stakes horse from 24 starters.

Congratulations to owner Anthony Speelman, breeders R.C Durr and George Budig, jockey Pat Valenzuela and trainer Neil Drysdale!

Not to be overlooked in Your Tent or Mine’s victory was another solid performance by Forest Camp’s multiple graded stakes placed son The Pharaoh.  Although unable to keep up with the former through the stretch, The Pharaoh still ran a strong third in the race, beaten just a length for second and finishing 2 1/4 lengths ahead of the highly regarded, even money favorite Old Thunder.  Having run second behind Breeder’s Cup Juvenile champion Stevie Wonderboy in the G2 Del Mar Futurity, The Pharaoh has proven to be one the west coast’s top juveniles!
