Breaking from the 4 post the daughter of Include was settled at the rear of the field through moderate fractions. Rallying 4 wide into the stretch she produced a powerful finish only to be bumped a number of times by stable mate Pissaro before and after the furlong marker. Not to be deterred Hartigan dug in gamely to just miss at the wire. Following a stewards inquiry the daughter of Include was justifiably placed first. This was the third stakes win this year alone for Robert Meyerhoff‘s homebred daughter of Include. Congratulations to all the connections of this highly talented filly!
