2009 is looking like another strong commercial year for the Airdrie Stallions. Even before the marathon Keeneland September sale gets underway September 14th, the Airdrie stallions have been represented well despite their limited numbers. Indian Charlie, who has established himself as one of the game’s elite stallions, has already been represented by $500,000 and $380,000 yearlings. Harlan’s Holiday, already off to a great start with his 2009 juveniles was represented by a $280,000 July yearling, while Grade 1 producers Proud Citizen and Include both had fillies sell for $150,000 at the same sale. With exceptional individuals slated to sell this September, expect the Airdrie stallions to continue to shine in the showring!
