Vote No said yes to winning his second race in as many starts

The son of Divisidero surged inside the final furlong to win the $500,000 Juvenile Sprint Stakes (G3T) at Kentucky Downs Sept. 13. It also marks the first stakes win for his freshman sire.

The gelding came around the turn into the stretch third trying to provide a challenge to the leaders, Bledsoe and Hedwig, but actually saw his deficit grow by nearly two lengths. Jockey Gerardo Corrales coaxed a little more out of his ride to reach the wire first. 

Hedwig finished second and Please Advise rallied for third. Vote No paid $27.22 for a $2 win bet. 

Vote No broke his maiden at Presque Isle Downs Aug. 23.
