Holiday Lady was making her first trip around two turns and picked a sloppy day at Keeneland to post a four length driving win in a $46,000 maiden special. Trainer Nick Zito said of the $170,000 weanling, “I knew this filly was going to be very impressive as soon as we went around two turns, even though Pat said she didn’t handle the off track very well, she exceeded our expectations. I think she has a major future”.
