Booked at second longest odds of the field he ran a tremendous race after a bumpy start with the winner Scipion (A.P. Indy). Real Dandy moved steadily up along the back stretch picking off foes one by one, angled out for the the drive and made a valiant effort to be along for second and best Storm Surge (Storm Cat).
