Swinging six wide into the stretch he collared Dixie Boy and outfinished that rival by 3/4 length in 1:11.

SUGAR DEPUTY, two year old filly by Deputy Commander out of Sugar Mambo, broke her maiden in style covering the 5 1/2 furlongs in 1:04 finishing a full 7 lengths ahead of the field.
