Two-year-old filly SHE’S ROUGHIN IT ran a game second, just beaten 3/4 length in Monmouth Park’s $60,000 Colleen Stakes. This filly made all of the pace setting fractions of 21:4 and :45.3 only to lose her lead in the final strides to Bovell Road.

Three-year-old filly LIKE A MUSHROOM, making just her second start in a 5 1/2 furlong Msw, and adding Lasix, broke sharp, set a moderate pace of :21.4 and :46, then drew off with no pressure from rivals and cruised home a 4 1/2 length winner.
