Proud Citizen’s talented son Motovato got his much deserved initial graded stakes victory in Saturday’s GIII Kenny Noe Jr. Handicap at Calder. Despite steadying in the stretch and having to wait for racing room before swinging wide, Motovato was along in time to win going away in what was a very impressive effort. Under the expert care of trainer Marty Wolfsen, Motovato has every chance to be a major force in the south Florida Handicap Division this winter and continues Proud Citizen’s major momentum into the new year.
